End of Summer Feet

Sep 03, 2010
They're not pretty, are they?? Hopefully no painful fissures though.

Here's a great way to fix them. It's called Carmol! It has a natural substance in it called urea. You can get a Carmol 20 at the drugstore and there's a very inexpensive prescription version called Carmol 40 (twice as strong).

Rub this on your feet at night and use a light "foot file" in the morning (see the foot section at the drugstore). The "foot file" looks like a very large nail file with a handle and has an abrasive on either side. Your feet will love you!

See Dr. Irwin's article on leg veins, Leg Veins in Summer.
