What about a trio of body scrubs in different scents with a loofah or a natural bristle, long handled brush to get the back area particularly. Or, do a theme for lips in a little bag, like a lip antioxidant repair product coupled with several lip or chapsticks with sunscreen (Jane Iredale makes a nice lip product with SPF, or Laura Mercier also). Include Bert's Bees for the winter months in the original mint and some tints.
