Self tanners can be a woman's best friend on the legs in summer. Also, consider some of the great leg makeups out there. I like the Lorac "Tantalizer" which has shimmer and doesn't come off on clothing if you let it dry for 5-10 min. Probably have to buy this online - hard to find.

If you have hair that's darker than your skin color, consider laser hair removal next fall/winter. It's too late for most people now since you shouldn't do laser hair removal if you have any tan at all.
