IPL and Photorejuvenation Lasers in the Summer

IPL and photorejuvenation/photofacial - is it okay in the summer?

I'm thinking the easiest way to explain this is this............. If you don't change color, AT ALL, in the summer (and that means no tan whatsoever), then your IPL settings will stay the same, and risks are very low.

If you get darker in the summer, then be sure to tell your laser provider, because you risk getting blistered/burned if the setting aren't adjusted. The darker your skin type to start with, the more important this is!!! Also, if you are getting IPL done in the summer, no self tanners for 7-10 days before.
