Prevent Age Spots on Your Hands

Jul 07, 2009
Did you know that those "age spots" are just sun damage? And did you remember that UVA rays come through car and home window glass? Put the two together and it's a recipe for spots.

Don't forget to sunscreen your hands if you're outdoors. And, if you spend a lot of time in a car, consider getting some driving gloves. If you're a golfer, try to golf both hands and put sunscreen on any exposed skin on the back of your hand by the strap of the glove. Reapply sunscreen after washing your hands if you can.
