Here's the good news. At any age, and particularly starting young, they can help prevent future sun damage and wrinkles, relieve very fine lines, help keep pigment even, increase cell turnover time (more "glow"), and treat some types of acne.

Here's the bad news. There is no cream on this earth that can relieve existing wrinkles significantly, replace shrinking fat pads, replace existing collagen and elastic fibers damaged by sun and age, tighten sagging skin, or improve pore size (not just hide them). To improve these problems you will need lasers and their cousins, fillers like Juvederm, Botox, or surgery.
