This filler is relatively new to the U.S. market. It is a so-called permanent filler made from polymethylmethacrylate, which are basically tiny, plastic "microspheres" (kind of like tiny invisible beads). The company website shows you many lovely before and after photos, but it could be difficult for a potential consumer to figure out what it is.

I don't recommend permanent ever, including silicone because, although it sounds great, the reality is that any mistake can be permanent. And, in my opinion, it is difficult to adjust it as you age or if your weight changes. It also may not be compatible with some other laser or radiofrequency technologies. Complications, although rare, include hard, red, swollen bumps which can be permanent unless surgically removed.
