Holiday Gifts for Friends and Relatives

These are ideas you can just throw in a gift bag with a card, and you may need to order a few things from SkinTour or other websites:

For a runner: The fabulous Lululemon winter running hat with the fuzzy ear flaps – lightweight and sill has a ponytail hole. Pair this with a Jack Black SPF 25 lip gloss or the Jane Iredale lip sunscreen (not glossy).

For a Francophile or shopper: The Gospel According to Coco Chanel (interesting and funny book) and a tube of Chanel lipstick in a fun color.

Watergirls, snorkeling and scuba diving: That tube of Colorscience powder sunscreen can be layered over other sunscreens and is biodegradable. Pair it with a very cool sun protective shirt from the new LA company Seea or the Cannonball Waterproof mascara (the best – by Urban Decay).

A friend bent on self-improvement for the new year: A tube of zinc-containing tinted sunscreen for am (try the SkinCeuticals Physical Fusion) and then in the pm the SkinMedica Retinol (use it over a moisturizer to start), and a pamphlet on the new fat busting technology Coolsculpting.

SkinTour Skincare
One of the best investments in your skin is your daily skincare. Why? Because you can prevent many problems with blotchy skin color, lack of glow, texture, some types of acne, and fine lines with good skincare products. You can also correct some of these problems with effective skincare products. Great skincare is often more expensive because quality ingredients are expensive. Some companies spend on research/development which benefits all of us and adds to the cost. Are they worth it? In general - yes! I have handpicked some of what I consider to be the best skin care products, and offer them for sale on SkinTour's shop. This is based on my team and I's testing and research at our clinic. Many of the products are in my own regimen. What could be better than using skin care products a dermatologist uses?!
