New Year’s Skinspiration!

Commit to 3 Great Habits. These 3 things will make more difference to your skin than an entire drawer full of expensive products.

Wear a sunscreen containing a minimum of 5% zinc in it every single day on your face, neck, chest and hands (like the Elta MD UV Daily tinted or non-tinted).

Become a hat person. There are tons of cute ones now ….so wear one every time you’re outside.

Eat better skin food as in 3-10 different fruits/vegetables each day (really try for 10), good fats like olive oil, eat fish once a week like salmon, and try taking a probiotic capsule once a day to keep your gut healthy. There’s a connection between the skin and your intestinal health!

Happy New Year!

One of the best investments in your skin is your daily skincare. Why? Because you can prevent many problems with blotchy skin color, lack of glow, texture, some types of acne, and fine lines with good skincare products. You can also correct some of these problems with effective skincare products. Great skincare is often more expensive because quality ingredients are expensive. Some companies spend on research/development which benefits all of us and adds to the cost. Are they worth it? In general - yes!
