Summer Feet
With all the humidity, swimming pools, etc, it’s prime time for athlete’s foot.
There are several forms – one the gunky stuff between the toes and also itchy, pinkish, scaley stuff on the bottom of the feet in a "moccasin" distribution. It can show up on the bottom of the feet as itchy small blisters too. The only really effective antifungal at the drugstore is Lamisil cream. The others inhibit the fungus but don’t kill it. You want to treat it so it doesn’t attack your toenails (that’s what causes the dreaded toenail fungus).
