Tanning Beds?

Now that summer has come to an end, many of you may be thinking about using a tanning bed to keep your summer glow.  Consider using a self-tanner instead!

Melanoma is increasing faster than any other type of cancer in the United States, and a large portion of this increase is among young women. One factor may be that 1 million Americans visit tanning salons every day, primarily female teens and women ages 16-30.

Exfoliate first! Use a loofa or a scrub. The Eminence ones are expensive, but organic and very nice.  Eminence Cranberry Pomegranate Sugar Scrub.

My favorite self-tanners are from Sun Laboratories.

SkinTour Skincare
One of the best investments in your skin is your daily skincare. Why? Because you can prevent many problems with blotchy skin color, lack of glow, texture, some types of acne, and fine lines with good skincare products. You can also correct some of these problems with effective skincare products. Great skincare is often more expensive because quality ingredients are expensive. Some companies spend on research/development which benefits all of us and adds to the cost. Are they worth it? In general - yes!
