Being Gentle with Ourselves
So by now you’re thinking, what does this have to do with skin??? But it does, because stress and worry show up everywhere in our bodies. Many of us have had losses this year, different stresses, good things even that can be just too much. We can’t truly be present for all our family, friends and responsibilities if WE don’t recharge.
Give yourself permission to get a quiet cup of coffee alone, take a walk and think about what YOU want from life, schedule a massage or manicure, take time for friends or a work out. Whatever makes you feel calm and relaxed and then you will really have a happy holiday.
