Problems with notches around the jawline?

Hi Dr. Irwin. I am 33 yrs old female. I have been noticing what you described as 2 notches along my jaw line below the corner of my lips on both sides. My doctor tried to inject fillers therw twice now, 1 cc each time. But it just enchanced them notches...is there anything I can do? Or any info i can read? I have been doing some research on the web, and the only site that talks about the notches is your. Thank you.

You may need to write me back on this.  When you say “below the corner of the lips,” do you mean truly down on the jawline (the mandible) or further up between the lips and the mandible.  Dr. I
