Requests for consultations with me.

I would like to pay for a consultation with Dr Irwin. I live in Europe, I like her website, and would really love her help. I'd love to be able to get a personal answer to an email that I will send her. Attaching pictures and mentioning the creams and serums I use and PLAN to buy, I would appreciate it if she guides me on how to use them. I already use Vit C and Retin A, but I feel that my skin is dull and needs more. Thanks

As you all know, I truly wish I could answer every question and help all of you figure out good skin in this crazy time, with such an explosion of products and technology.  Sadly, I just can’t do that given large number of questions and my own practice here with our patients.  I really appreciate your vote of confidence.

So…….I’m really trying to gradually build up our data base of qualified, board certified doctors in the US and all over the world where you can find help.  Medical offices can change or just not be a good fit, so I can‘t guarantee you will have a good experience.  I brought more names of good doctors back from the conference in Paris (IMCAS) and will try to get them posted in the next few months.

It’s very confusing for all consumers of these services and products.   And, I don’t believe site like RealSelf help at all because there is so much fear mongering and each case is so individual, it’s hard to know what to believe.   And the doctors writing for that site are paying each month to do that – a form of advertising for them.

SkinTour Skincare
One of the best investments in your skin is your daily skincare. Why? Because you can prevent many problems with blotchy skin color, lack of glow, texture, some types of acne, and fine lines with good skincare products. You can also correct some of these problems with effective skincare products. Great skincare is often more expensive because quality ingredients are expensive. Some companies spend on research/development which benefits all of us and adds to the cost. Are they worth it? In general - yes! I have handpicked some of what I consider to be the best skin care products, and offer them for sale on SkinTour's shop. This is based on my team and I's testing and research at our clinic. Many of the products are in my own regimen. What could be better than using skin care products a dermatologist uses?!
