Was this a Juvederm mistake?

Hi Dr. Irwin, I Had Juvederm injected into the my smile lines two weeks ago and I still feel a burning/tingling sensation and puffiness, worse in the morning. If I am active it appears to get worse. Any suggestions for this water retention. I look like I was hit in the face on the right side. Thank you

Please go back to your dermatologist/provider and let him/her look at you.  A good office witll be very responsive and should invite you back (at no charge) so your doctor can see the problem.  A reasonable time frame is 1-3 days to be seen again.   You’ve waited two weeks, which is perfect, to let it settle in and any deeper bruises (you may not see them on the surface) to resolve.   At this point, you may just have too much on the one side and your doctor should be able to correct that with the enzyme hyaluonidase.   You can get more information in my article on Filler Mistakes and How to Fix Them.   Dr. I

SkinTour Skincare
One of the best investments in your skin is your daily skincare. Why? Because you can prevent many problems with blotchy skin color, lack of glow, texture, some types of acne, and fine lines with good skincare products. You can also correct some of these problems with effective skincare products. Great skincare is often more expensive because quality ingredients are expensive. Some companies spend on research/development which benefits all of us and adds to the cost. Are they worth it? In general - yes! I have handpicked some of what I consider to be the best skin care products, and offer them for sale on SkinTour's shop. This is based on my team and I's testing and research at our clinic. Many of the products are in my own regimen. What could be better than using skin care products a dermatologist uses?!
