What is the best Vitamin C cream?

Hello Dr. Irwin, I would like to know which is the best vitamin c cream that I can use, I have been using tretinoin 0.1% for the past 6 months but I don't have any day moisturizer but only use cetaphil for sun protection. I feel like my skin needs something extra. Thank you

This is a trick ………… because the vitamin C creams are not a great use of your money.  The serums and gels in 10-20% concentrations have proven to be much more effective as antioxidants in skin (topical not oral).   The concentration could be slightly lower and be fine, if the vitamin C is combined with other antioxidants or vit E  which helps stabilize the vitamin C.   More on skincare products.
