What is the best way to remove a mole on the upper lip?

DR. I. Another mole questions...my mole is also above my lip raised and yes some hair... I'm looking into removing it ...what are the best and safe way, by my dermatolagist to remove. Best

If you want the hair removed permanently with the mole, than your dermatologist will need to remove it surgically with stitches.  If you don’t mind plucking a few hairs there, than he/she could just shave it flat which would be safer in terms of possible adverse scar.

In my opinion, if you decide to go the first route, have either a board certified plastic surgeon or a board certified dermatologist who is a Mohs surgeon do the surgery.  Some dermatologists advertise themselves as being Mohs surgeons when they haven’t completed the full one year of extra training to do this.  I think this is unethical. Check to see if they are truly Mohs certified and didn’t just do a weekend course.   Dr I

SkinTour Skincare
One of the best investments in your skin is your daily skincare. Why? Because you can prevent many problems with blotchy skin color, lack of glow, texture, some types of acne, and fine lines with good skincare products. You can also correct some of these problems with effective skincare products. Great skincare is often more expensive because quality ingredients are expensive. Some companies spend on research/development which benefits all of us and adds to the cost. Are they worth it? In general - yes! I have handpicked some of what I consider to be the best skin care products, and offer them for sale on SkinTour's shop. This is based on my team and I's testing and research at our clinic. Many of the products are in my own regimen. What could be better than using skin care products a dermatologist uses?!
