What is this growth?

I popped a small zit right in the middle of my forehead approximately one month ago, and it has turned into some kind of growth (almost like a skin colored mole?). I doesn't seem to have any type of fluid inside. People are beginning to notice it and it is making me very self conscious. I can't figure out how to get rid of it, I've tried popping it, putting apple cider vinegar on it, as well as just washing it with anti bacterial soap and using tea tree oil. None of these so called "remedies" seem to be working, now I'm worried that I will create some kind of scar :( What should I do? What can be done? Should I get it surgically removed? But if so, would I have scarring?

Whoaaaa!  Stop right there –  you need to get into your doctor right away.  There is a whole list of things this growth could be since it’s been there a month.  It could be a raised scar like a keloid, it could be a skin cancer (you didn’t give me your age), it could be a deep cyst, etc……  Please don’t think about therapy until you get an accurate diagnosis.  That will guide the treatment.  And….., no picking!    Dr. I

SkinTour Skincare
One of the best investments in your skin is your daily skincare. Why? Because you can prevent many problems with blotchy skin color, lack of glow, texture, some types of acne, and fine lines with good skincare products. You can also correct some of these problems with effective skincare products. Great skincare is often more expensive because quality ingredients are expensive. Some companies spend on research/development which benefits all of us and adds to the cost. Are they worth it? In general - yes! I have handpicked some of what I consider to be the best skin care products, and offer them for sale on SkinTour's shop. This is based on my team and I's testing and research at our clinic. Many of the products are in my own regimen. What could be better than using skin care products a dermatologist uses?!
