Teamine Eye Cream by Revision Skin Care. It offers modest tightening and modest lightening of some types of dark circles. Fairly good for those with puffy eyes. There have been small improvements in eye creams over the past 5 years, but still………… none are the miracle we all hope for.  Unfortunately, Teamine is sold only in doctors’ offices.  You may find a website that sells it, but the company does not allow internet sales.
