Can IPL be used if I’m on HRT?

I have been told that if I am on HRT I cannot have IPL treatments because the IPL does not work if the skin is already affected by HRT.

IPL is still effective even if you are on HRT.  I have never seen any evidence to the contrary.  It’s more the reverse, it’s sometimes difficult to get control of flushing and telangectiasias when menonpausal hot flushes are severe.  More on IPL.  Dr. I
