Let’s say you’re really feeling the budget pinch right now but don’t want to let your skin go entirely. Here’s a good plan from the drugstore, unless you have acne:

  • Cetaphil gentle cleansing lotion morning and night, ­­
  • Olay Total Effects in the morning for your antioxidant/moisturizer and
  • Neutrogena Ultra Dry Touch SPF 30 for your sunscreen. 
  • Then cleanse again at night with Cetaphil and use the Total Effects again.

These products aren’t state of the art, but they are good basics and not expensive.
