How can I compare skin tightening procedures?

I'm interesting in trying a skin tightening procedure and have been reading about the EndyMed Pro. How would you compare this procedure with others like Thermage and Ultherapy?

This is a tough one because there is truly what we know from science and experience…and then there is marketing. Marketing is very powerful and new lasers or radiofrequency devices spend a lot of money on it …in the beginning. Then, after a year or two, suddenly we never hear of them, do we? EndyMed Pro is in the marketing phase. I’m more focused on what really works, how well does it work and is it a good investment of your money and time.
