What is good for removing really stubborn eye makeup?

Hello, My cleanser removes most of my eye makeup; however, sometimes the mascara persists. I don't want to rub my eyes too much to remove the makeup. Is there an eye makeup remover that is gentle and is effective at removing the stubborn mascara or even waterproof eyeliner? Thanks and happy holidays! Sincerely, Karen

Hi Karen, I hate to be really low tech here but the “no tears” baby shampoo is safe to use on the eyelid margin, works quite well and generally doesn’t cause any irritation. Then you can just wash your face with your favorite facial cleanser.
