Will Sculptra help with my “smoker’s” lines and frown lines?
Thank you – I really, really wish I had time to answer all of the great questions you all send me! I’m sad that there’s just not enough time in every day.
Sculptra is great for certain issues but these are not the ones. Please don’t let anyone put Sculptra in your frown lines. It will get lumpy there and the company doesn’t recommend it either. Better there is Botox/Dysport, a few drops of Juvederm/Restylane or even better, some of both. Expert injecters only with the Juvederm please.
Sculptra should not be used right around or in the lips (bumpy). For your upper lip “smoker’s lines.” Please tell me you’ve quit smoking!!! If you haven’t, best to quit so you don’t waste time and money treating them just to have them come right back. Options for treatment depend on the depth of these wrinkles and include a few tiny drops of Botox/Dysport, various fillers, and several different laser options.
